The PCB is placed with its pre-scored groove onto the linear blade. When the foot switch is pressed, the blade carrier with the circular blade moves across the PCB, separating it into individual units. The clearance between the upper guide and the linear blade is adjustable to ensure that the PCB is only separated in the pre-scored groove. The table can be continuously adjusted with the rotary knob whenever required while the rest can be adjusted in three steps to the most suitable working position.

PCB Separator Application.

It is suitable to cut PCB(Printed Circuit Board), LED Aluminum plate/LED strip/LED light bar, and Fiberglass panel/sheet.

Available PCB thickness: from 0.2mm  to 3.2 mm

Available V-cut thickness: from 0.2mm to 2.0mm

Maximun board length: 1300mm

PCB Separator Features

• Coutrolled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.
• Adjustable blade moving speed : 300mm/s or 500mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set.
• Upper blade can be adjuable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut. 
• Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.
• Machine can cut boards as long as 1300mm
• Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm  . V-groove thickness:0-2mm
• Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.
• The blades are sharp and indurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.
• Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints.
